The Food of the Gods—Nourishment as a Way of Being

Hello Sweet Soul,

Today I’d like to invite you into something very sacred and near to my heart.

I’ve been dreaming of birthing a creative ecosystem for years — not as a brand or a strategy, but as a living thing. A place where creativity, care, presence, and mysticism can root into something real. I’ve waited to begin until it felt true. And now it does.

This is the first thread of that web — The Dragonfly Dispatch — a weekly rhythm of reflections, offerings, and the quiet, beautiful things that are alive and real and are too precious not to notice.

This week, I’m sitting with Gene Key 27 — The Food of the Gods, and it’s been moving through me in a slow, steady, sacred way.

I recorded the podcast while sitting at the desk in my Zen room, with the blinds open and the late afternoon sun warm on my skin. The trees outside were swaying just slightly, and something about it all made me soften. I didn’t try to perform the reading. I just read. And let the words be what they are.

💭 What I’m Learning

To me, this Gene Key is about nourishment — not as a task, but as a frequency. A kind of giving that arises from deep within, without fanfare or expectation.

I looked up the word altruism for the first time this week — not because I didn’t know it existed, but because I wanted to understand it. It means: concern for the well-being of others without regard to self. And suddenly the path made sense — from Selfishness, to Selflessness, through the very real heart of Altruism.

And here’s what really landed:
True selflessness doesn’t come from effort — it comes from awareness.
From the deep knowing that we are not separate. That to care for another is to care for yourself. That to give to someone who can’t give back to you is not a loss, it’s a return.

A remembering.

Selflessness isn’t noble or lofty. It’s the purest kind of love — the kind that just is. Like breath. Like sun on skin. Like pouring tea for someone without checking your own cup first.

In My World

🌱 I’m building the School of the Akashic Arts and will be offering The Living Curriculum as a free course — my gift to the collective.
🍃 Visioning is underway for Het-Hru Rituals. A natural skincare offering and a spagyric tincture are slowly forming. They feel like autumn releases — earthy, whole, and aligned with the turning of the wheel.
🎙️ Reflections episode for Eleutheromania is coming soon — more heart, more messiness, more truth.

Thank you for being here at the beginning.

Thank you for choosing to live from your center, in a world that constantly pulls at your edges.

This is our practice now: nourishing what’s real.

Together.

With quiet joy,
